Hey guys, so as I'm writing this I'm not really sure what I want to call this post. But I basically wanted to do something that would motivate me to lead a healthier lifestyle, and I thought maybe writing about it and showing progress might help me keep at it. I know this is a boring post, but it will be the first of many. Right now I'm not happy with the way I look and my weight. I feel like I tend to gain weight in my face and other areas (which bother me but not as much as my face). Lately I've just felt like I look really bad in pictures and that it shows a lot more. I feel sluggish and tired a lot and I know part of that is because I haven't exactly been very good with my diet lately. I've been eating a ton of junk, and I want to replace those things with more healthy alternatives. Another thing is that I haven't been getting enough exercise. I used to do a lot of cardio, but because I feel tired and unmotivated, I tend to just get lazy and not do it. I want that to change. So here is my first post in a series of many (I hope) to change that lifestyle. I plan on trying to post healthy recipes, workouts I've been trying, and other healthy lifestyle tips that I either find or come up with on my own to help remind me of that goal. So bear with me while I figure this out, and if you have any tips and recommendations for me please leave them in a comment below.
PS: I need to find some good music for a work out playlist and recommendations would be appreciated!
